Been quite awhile ever since i touch on my blog, been buzy with my new job at Laneige =)
Colleagues there were alright quite friendly some of them but some were kind of idiotic, but it was indeed an experience for me to see how much i m up to for sales how can i pursuade customers to buy for laneige stuff from me. So far i m still quite happy with my performance hahaa, able to hit the target set for me 2k for a month i reach 2k plus in 2 weeks so i m surprised by myself haahaa. Initially i thought it might be hard for me =)
Today i met an "interesting" customer, this is wad it happen
Customer : I want to lodge a complaint
Me: Ok, what do u wanna complaint abt?
Customer: I put my eyebrown pencil to sharpen since 3rd of june till today i have not receive it back, and i have been going over to taka and many place and it's still not done yet?
Me: ok, i will call up and check for u.
I called office to look for my full time Yunnie, she said we don help ppl to sharpen our eyebrown pencil and sharpen in a blade form. Only Shu Uemera does it.
Me: Did you bought it from our store?
Customer: Of cuz la, i m a loyal customer for 10yrs how can i dunno wher i bought it from.
The customer keep telling me abt Shu Shu Shu
Me: Did u bought it from Shu Uemera? ( Deep down i knew she go to the wrong brand )
Customer: Ya la, is not i wan complaint abt a pencil is Yuan Zhe!!! ( fyi she is shouting )
Me: Auntie, my brand is laneige, u wanna look for Shu Uemera is on my right.
Customer: Oh, I m sorry.
